As the founder of Harper & Ledger Consulting Group, Shanta leads with her signature Happy | Mindful | Well philosophy—an intentional framework designed to help organizations grow through people-centered practices. From outsourced recruiting and onboarding to custom training, compliance support, and team culture transformation, she helps clients streamline their operations and ignite inspired performance across every level of their organization.
Shanta is also the visionary behind Harper & Ledger RE Academy, a licensed real estate school offering continuing education, post-license courses, and leadership tracks for Georgia brokers and agents. Her real estate team, Loft & Ledger Real Estate Group, operates under a marketing-based team model powered by purpose, professionalism, and innovation.
